1960s Pendleton Pink and Blue Plaid Wool Suit |

You may think that Pendleton is synonymous with
lumberjack. But one look at this adorable little suit will have you
retracting your erroneous misconception about the label. Yes, they did
make those rugged wool shirts we called “Pendletons” in high school.
But they have also made some pretty darn cute stuff just for women, too.
A lovely soft plaid in non-pastel-y shades of bubble gum pink,
cornflower blue, winter white and brown, its distinctly girly but
sophisticated enough that you won’t look like the Easter Bunny. A
straight cut, hip length jacket has a simple collar, dainty flap pockets
at each hip and closes with four mauvey-pink buttons down the front. The
straight skirt is a no-waistband style with a buttoned tab and a back
zip. The jacket is unlined and the skirt is fully lined. Except for a
couple of faint, small ‘age spots’ which get lost in the pattern,
both pieces are in excellent condition. Jacket measures: Bust
41", waist 38", hip 38", shoulder 16", sleeve
22", length 24". Skirt measures: Waist 35",
hip 45", length 25.5" sold
