We use a secure server for all credit card transactions. To order, just
click on the item and add it to your basket. When you're ready to check
out, hit "Checkout button" and you will be taken to the order
information page. Then complete the order form so we have all the necessary
billing and shipping information. Total costs, including tax and shipping
will be calculated. We will confirm your order via e-mail, and give you
a grand total. We process your order at the shop by hand, so you won't
see a "SOLD" sign pop up under your purchase until we ship your
item out and put the sign on it ourselves. "HOLD" means that sale is pending payment. If you're
interested in something that has already been spoken for, contact us, and
we'll let you know if it comes back.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. For your security and privacy, we
use a secure server for orders processed. If you prefer not to use the secure online
order form, you can call us at 864-277-2588 and order by phone.
Items will be sent via US Priority Mail, with regular
delivery in 7-10 days. Express Mail Service and International
orders have additional shipping costs, so please e-mail
prior to purchase for costs. Please note that shipping times for
Esther Williams swimsuits can be as long as 6-8 weeks, depending on
season and stock availability. It is incumbent upon you, the
consumer, to insure that the delivery address provided is secure. We
are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any International Order per our
discretion, and will notify you if your order is cancelled. Currently,
we ship to most countries in Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia,
New Zealand, the Caribbean, Hong Kong and Japan. Many countries impose
import taxes on your purchase, which we cannot estimate in advance. The
payment of all taxes (including National V.A.T., import, provincial and
local taxes) and or all customs duties is the responsibility of the
customer. Additionally, any charges to clear customs are paid by the
customer directly to the customs agency. We suggest contacting your
local customs office for specific information.

paid to reship your order. We will contact you by email to make
arrangements for payment. If we do hear from you within 15 days, we
will consider your order abandoned and will return the item(s) to
stock. No refunds will be processed for abandoned orders.

same condition we sent it, within 10 days of the original shipping date.
Items received between 10 and 20 days after the original ship date will
incur a restock fee of 50%. After 20 days, returns will not be
accepted for any reason. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable.

CONDITION: We are
very particular about the condition of the clothes we offer, but please
understand that these articles are not new. A mint, unworn vintage item
is rare. Conversely, there is a lot of stuff out there that isn't in very
good shape at all, and we steer clear of those things. Please be aware
that when you are buying a vintage garment, you're buying something that
has been around for awhile, and it's probably going to show it's age or
'character' in some way or another. We do our utmost to point out any flaws
or issues, and rate our clothing as follows:
MINT - As close to new as possible. No flaws, stains, or
tears. As good as it gets.
- Shows very minor wear expected for its age, which do not compromise
the item, ie., cleaning, a minor scratch
or scuff, hardware on belts or bags may show some wear.
GOOD - Shows normal wear expected for its age, but does not detract from its
appearance or wearability.
- May be a faint stain or flaw, but still very wearable.
