ORDERING: We use a secure server for all credit card transactions. To order, just click on the item and add it to your basket. When you're ready to check out, hit "Checkout button" and you will be taken to the order information page. Then complete the order form so we have all the necessary billing and shipping information. Total costs, including tax and shipping will be calculated. We will confirm your order via e-mail, and give you a grand total.  We process your order at the shop by hand, so you won't see a "SOLD" sign pop up under your purchase until we ship your item out and put the sign on it ourselves. "HOLD" means that sale is pending payment. If you're interested in something that has already been spoken for, contact us, and we'll let you know if it comes back.

PAYMENT: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks from U.S. banks. For your security and privacy, we use a secure server for orders processed. If you prefer not to use the secure online order form, you can call us at 619-443-4933 and order by phone. If you prefer to send your payment by mail, please be aware that we will hold the item for five days to await payment. If we haven't received payment by that time, the item goes back up for sale. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared.

SHIPPING: Items will be sent via insured US Priority Mail, with regular delivery in 7-10 days. Express Mail Service and International orders have additional shipping costs, so please e-mail prior to purchase for costs. Please note that shipping times for Esther Williams swimsuits can be as long as 4-6 weeks, depending on season and stock availability.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We reserve the right to refuse any International Order per our discretion, and will notify you if your order is cancelled. Currently, we ship to most countries in Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Hong Kong and Japan. Many countries impose import taxes on your purchase, which we cannot estimate in advance. The payment of all taxes (including National V.A.T., import, provincial and local taxes) and or all customs duties is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any charges to clear customs are paid by the customer directly to the customs agency. We suggest contacting your local customs office for specific information.

RETURN POLICY: We want you to shop with confidence. We don't like the idea of buying something without the ability to return it, so we don't expect you to shop that way here. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please let us know immediately upon receipt that it is being returned and mail it back to us insured for full value.  Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee.  Items must be returned to us undamaged, in the same condition we sent it, within 10 days of the original shipping date. Items received between 10 and 20 days after the original ship date will incur a restock fee of 50%.  After 20 days, returns will not be accepted. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. Please note that Esther Williams swimsuits are subject to a strict 10 day return policy. CONDITION:   We are very particular about the condition of the clothes we offer, but please understand that these articles are not new. A mint, unworn vintage item is rare. Conversely, there is a lot of stuff out there that isn't in very good shape at all, and we steer clear of those things. Please be aware that when you are buying a vintage garment, you're buying something that has been around for awhile, and it's probably going to show it's age or 'character' in some way or another. We do our utmost to point out any flaws or issues, and rate our clothing as follows:

MINT - As close to new as possible. No flaws, stains, or tears.  As good as it gets.

EXCELLENT - Shows very minor wear expected for its age, which do not compromise the item, ie., cleaning, a minor scratch or scuff, hardware on belts or bags may show some wear. 

VERY GOOD - Shows normal wear expected for its age, but does not detract from its appearance or wearability.

GOOD - May be a faint stain or flaw, but still very wearable.
