1970s Fabulous Studded Corduroy Pant Suit

Let us start out stating that this fabulous pantsuit has issues.  However, this outfit is so freaking cute, we thought we would give it a chance to go to a good home with someone who is going to appreciate it's fabulousness despite its shortcomings, which in our estimation, are not that serious in consideration of the total fabulous package.  The vibe is a hip mix of Urban Cowgirl and Rock Chick - (think Cheryl Crow).  Tri-color (brown, rust and vanilla)  psuedo-western style corduroy jacket features mother-of-pearl snap closures up the front placket.  It's studded at the seams between the colors with silver studs, and studs also outline the zippered hip pockets and a rust patch on the sleeve cuff.  The pants are a sleek flat front hip hugger style with straight stove pipe legs, and featuring no-waistband styling, with a zippered front and slanted front hip pockets. Oh, and more studs - running from the edge of the pocket to the hem down the outer seam of each leg. Now for the bad, news.  The color of the jacket is a shade or two lighter than the pants, and there is a v-shaped color fade (see close-up in 4th photo, below) on the left front of the jacket that is visible primarily in the  rust colored area and slightly in the vanilla. Though slightly 'distressed', this suit is still fabulous, and will wear proudly, either together or separately.  Made in Hong Kong by Dotti Didit, the jacket is lined in a patterned cotton, the pants are unlined. Jacket  measures bust  36", waist 34", hip 38", shoulder 16", sleeve 23", length 26".    Pants waist/hip measures 30", hip 42"; inseam 31.5", rise 25". $125
