1970s Pauline Trigere Voile Blouse

Uncomplicated and sophisticated - that was Trigere.  Even her most simplest designs conveyed her no-nonsense, straightforward approach to clothing.  Nothing extraneous unless it enhanced the design.  In this sheer voile blouse, even the simple tulip pattern in ivory and midnight blue appears more geometric rather than floral, and the ruffled asymmetrical collar with its grosgrain tie comes off as elegant not fussy - the perfect suit blouse.
