1970s Chenille Fringed Vest |

Yeah, we know, when you heard '1970s fringed vest', you were thinking, 'leather', right? Oh we wouldn't give you something as mundane as that. This little vest is very cool indeed, loosely woven in an ivory and camel chenille yarn, the look is definitely Bohemian, but in a relaxed 'Malibu in the '70s' vibe as opposed to a designer inspired haute-couture/East Coast one. Sleeveless with a dropped shoulder and an open, serape style, finished with a fringed hem. We're displaying it at left with our Dior belt (sorry, not included), but of course it also looks great worn open, over a skinny ribbed turtleneck and skinny jeans tucked into knee high Frye boots. This will accommodate a range of sizes, particularly if worn loose and open, best on no larger than a hip of 38"-39" if you want some overlap with a belt, as the bust, waist and hip, measured flat straight across are all 40". Shoulder to shoulder is 23", length is 28" with another 10" - 12" of fringe beyond the hem. Hand woven in California for Cox, it's in excellent condition. $65
