1960s Embroidered Wool Cardigan

Strewn with embroidered flowers in navy, yellow and neon orange, this wool cardigan is girly, but age appropriate -  you won't feel like you should be either 8 or 80 years old to wear it.  Knit in a flat weave ivory wool, it has thin stripes of blue, yellow and orange woven together as 1/2" wide stripes, and edging the collar, placket and cuff. Raglan shoulder, bracelet length sleeve, and five self covered, metal trimmed buttons running the length of the front. So fabulous with denim, we wonder why we aren't keeping this for ourself.  Knit in British Hong Kong for Puccini, there are a couple of tiny, faint age spots above the right breast, otherwise it's in excellent condition.  Bust measures 35", waist 32", inner sleeve 13", length 23". $85
