1970s Cacharel Heathered Plaid Wool Skirt

The Cacharel 'Look' was launched in the 1960s as mini skirts paired with tight Shetland wool sweaters, the 'Look'  later became synonymous with Cacharel's Liberty print shirts in the 1970s.  This gorgeous Cacharel skirt would do well with either of those pieces alone, or worn all together - a Liberty print shirt under a Shetland sweater.  Heathered  lambswool in a multi-shade varigated plaid of  mulberry, cornflower, sage, sienna, indigo, mauve and tones in between those shades - its going to look great with almost any color you want to pair it with.  A-line styling with a wide yoked waistband, a side zipper closure, and an unusual inverted vee vent in the front. Fully lined in mauve acetate, other than the fact that the label has most of the word 'Cacharel' cut out, its in excellent condition.  Waist measures 30", hip 40", length 28". $75
