1960s Trifari Simulated Turquoise Flower Pin

Always looking for the symbolism in everything from dreams to rock formations, at first we thought this looked like a chaff of wheat, a symbol of life and prosperity. Then we thought maybe the little beads represented kernels of corn, but blue corn? Well, sure, we've eaten blue corn tortilla chips. If you're  more of a traditionalist, you can just look at this as a cute little flower pin. Brushed gold toned leaves with simulated turquoise beads, buds or kernels.  By Trifari, the pin measures 2.25" long by 1.125" wide   Excellent condition. $45
