1960s Blue Polka Dot Silk Hat

We're picturing Cyd Charisse in Brigadoon here. This perky little cap has a playful Scottish vibe, and is a wonderful accent to your wool tweeds.  Silk twill with navy blue polka dots on a white background, it features a navy grosgrain band and a silk and grosgrain 'blue ribbon' medallion accent at the front.  Made by Duby, it's lined in white acetate with a wide red grosgrain inner band.  Inner circumference measures 20 7/8" and is in excellent condition.  sold
