1950s Mr. John Fez with Black Beaded Spheres

Oh, there are so many things we could say about this hat. But we'll behave ourselves and just let it go at this: The illustrious Mr. John must have been quite a character!! A very unique chapeau indeed, this buff colored felted fur fez features a pair of black beaded, uh, eggs, suspended from black grosgrain ribbon. Whimsical and avant-garde, it makes for a great ice-breaker, and is just perfect for the woman who doesn't shrink from being the center of attention. Tiny black tube beads are glued all over an elliptical sphere, with 2 bands of faceted beads circling the sphere. Made for Mr. John Jr., it is in excellent condition, with the exception that one of the beads is missing from the back side of the left egg.
