1980s Bill Blass Ruffled Black Maillot

The mood of this simple black maillot is lightened up by a ruffled ribbon applique snaking it's way across the front. The bust has a shelf bra lining and stays at the side. The leg is cut lower on the thigh.  In very good condition, aside from some minor rubbing on the tushy. Fabric content is 80% antron nylon and 20% spandex.
