Few things top a woman's love affair with her lingerie. Whether it's Agent Provocateur, La Perla, Victoria's Secret or Fredericks of Hollywood, women will keep themselves in hock to keep themselves in sexy undies. And though we totally understand the desire held by girls today for wanting share with the world the beauty of their sweet nothings, call us old-fashioned, but we think that the mystique of lingerie lies in the fact that it's a secret to everyone but its wearer. Only you know what lies next to your skin beneath your dress. And that's as it should be. Some things are much better kept to one's self (and one's mate). This little slip of a slip hails from the day when that went without saying. Pale champagne colored silk charmeuse is bias cut into a simple half slip that has no waistband, and closes with two snaps and a hook and eye at the side waist/hip. Beautiful in the boudoir paired with a lacy silk bra, or floating beneath a sheer long skirt or dress. All that said, we just know someone is going to wear this alone as a skirt, and well, maybe that ain't so bad, either. In excellent condition, the waist measures 24", hip 37", length 38". $75
