1950s Black Petticoat

What every gal needs underneath her circle skirt.  This black acetate petticoat is trimmed with rows of ruffles, and could almost pass for a skirt on it's own.  Made by Jean of California, the waist measures 28", the length is 29" and the circumference at the hem is about 100" .
