Beaded bags are fun. No, we're not talking about the Judith Leiber variety of beaded bag -although those are fun in their own sense - we're referring to those plastic beaded bags of the 1960s. We're talking the kind that was carried by your ultra-cool babysitter next door. The kind that was so perfect with a micro-mini shift dress and white leather thong sandals with a leather flower between the toe. This is that bag. A white synthetic raffia soft wedge shaped body on a metal and white molded plastic frame, the body has plastic white faceted beads sewn in a diagonal pattern all over it. The white plastic handle has a hinged ball and eye hardware at the top of the frame, and a simple snap clasp closure. Sits on four metal feet on the bottom of the bag. The interior is lined in ivory faille and has a zippered interior pocket. Sweet and innocent and the perfect bag for summer. Measures 10" long at the widest, 6" high, 4" deep. Handle has a 4" drop to top of bag. Made in Italy. Aside from some faint yellowing to a few of the beads, it is in excellent condition $110
