1960s Pucci Silk Handbag

The chunky twisted gold chain strap makes a bold statement against the sleek and slim line of this handbag by Emilio Pucci. Silk twill  printed in shades of violet, turquoise, seafoam, black, dove gray, medium gray and charcoal.  The bag has two separate compartments, each with a flap and snap closure - the bottom flap snaps to the body of the bag, and the top flap snaps to the flap below it - each compartment has a slip pocket and is lined in black silk.  Measuring 7.5" wide by 5.5" high and 3" deep with a drop on the strap of 5" to the top of the bag.  We've had this bag cleaned, and some allover soiling water marks remain - but no damage structurally. Though perhaps not the bag for those seeking perfection, but still a remarkably beautiful old gal. sold
