1960s Yellow Grosgrain Ribbon Tam

Wearing the color yellow is a sure way to pick up your spirits on a less than sunshiny day.  This sunny lemon yellow beret is fashioned from row upon row of grosgrain ribbon, pleated and stitched in a circular pattern, and finished at the left temple with a pert little bow.  Unlined, the only label in it is the size label - which is a 23, or 23" circumference.
