1950s Black Straw Cartwheel Hat

A smart  cartwheel hat in glossy black milan straw, it's perfect for a day at the Derby, or an outdoor Spring wedding. The crown is trimmed in a black velvet ribbon with a pleated fan accent, and stands 1 3/4" high. It's lined on the interior in grosgrain, with a pair of small combs to attach to the hair. The brim is 4" wide, the circumference is 20". Made by Lonette Originals, and in excellent condition .  $165
