1980s Valentino Red Wool Gabardine Dress

In Valentino Garavani's signature red, this wool gabardine dress has a strong '80s 'power dress vibe'. Slightly military in demeanor, yet definitely cut to accentuate one's curves. Has a placket down the front with nine bright gold 'V' buttons from the neck to the just shy of the hem. Patch breast pockets, top-stitched contoured waistband, and three more buttons on each sleeve. With a straight, pencil skirt, the cut is feminine, and a knock-out without being ostentatious. The bodice is unlined, with the skirt is lined in red acetate.
