1970s Peacock Blue Silk Wrap Dress

Circa late 1970s - early 1980s, a beautiful peacock blue silk wrap style, this dress slcoes at the neck with an off-center tie, and anchors at the inside edge with another tie. The shirring along the shoulder line is echoed at the belt, which is shirred, with button and loop closures.  With a lightly padded shoulder, the long sleeve is finished with a button, no cuff.  Bust to 38", hip to 41", shoulder 15.5", sleeve 22", length 42". The belt is 26.5" long. Label has been cut, (like they used to do at Loehmanns) - made in Hong Kong of 100% silk   $145
