A show stopper of a gown if ever there was one. Constructed as a dress within a dress, supple black velvet is cut into a long, slim sheath - slit left of center at the top and bottom - and layered over a weighty grass green silk crepe de chine sheath beneath (which has a slit at the back hem to provide ease of movement). The asymmetrical bodice is peaked at the left breast, with an inset of golden yellow silk crepe, which is echoed in the yellow cording of the oversized beaded paisleys placed down the waist to the hip. The gown has an invisible back zip closure, and the bodice is boned for support and fully lined in silk crepe. The bust measures 37", waist 29", hip 38", and measures 47" from the top of the zipper in the back to the hem. There is no label in this gown, however, it came from the same closet as the other Bob Mackies we have listed and the construction of the garment is of the same quality, and it has every appearance of design by Mackie. Excellent condition. $595
