1960s Oscar de la Renta Yellow Organza Dress

Like a luscious lemon meringue, this delicious little confection is light as air, not too sweet and will make your mouth water. Floating over a chrome yellow acetate lining, lemon yellow organza is trimmed at the front, waist and hem with a stylized peaked appliqué (is it meringue, waves, flames or leaves?) in white organza.  The bodice has a keyhole opening, punctuated with a white organza collar and attached bow tie. The long sleeves are sheer, with snap silk covered snap closures at the cuff.  Back zipper closure.  Bust measures 33", waist 26", hip 38", shoulder 15.5" sleeve 24", length 37".
