1970s Yves Saint Laurent Little Black Gown

A long column of supple satin backed crepe is punched up by a ruffled capelet of polka dotted silk chiffon. This straight cut, sleeveless gown has wide cut, nearly off shoulder neckline, dipping low in the back - the chiffon falls from the neckline, draping over the shoulder and bodice to the waist.  Unbelievably gorgeous, the fluttery capelet gives this a light, airy feeling and makes it the kind of gown you need not necessarily save for a formal occasion. Bust 34", waist 36", hip to 40", length 58". Made for Yves Saint Laurent's Rive Gauche line, its in excellent condition. $565
