1960s Teal Traina Pink Silk Dress

Demure and ladylike, this dress is given an Asian vibe with pink satin frog faux closures at the bodice, and also at the split hem.  Extended cap sleeves further that feeling, and the whole thing to us is very Jennifer Jones in 'Love is a Many Splendored Thing'.  The petal pink fabric is a soft silk blend, with a pale pink silk crepe de chine lining. The jewel neckline has a split at center front, and a topstitched seam running down the center front gives the appearance of a concealed placket. Hidden inseam hip pockets, inverted pleat over each hipbone and a back zip lining. Original belt is missing, we have replaced it with a pink satin one.  By Teal Traina, except for a small, faint freckle at the hem, its in excellent condition.  Bust 36", waist 27", hip 37", length 41". $265
