1970s Capriccio Plum Silk Dress

This dress is nearly a dead ringer for an Ossie Clark from the 1970s we have hanging in the closet.  From the low cut neckline to the delicate covered button and loop closures that run down between your breasts to the contoured waist.  From the sensuous drape of the plum silk jacquard to the sexy fit from the tucks at the bust and waist - it sure looks like it could be... but it's not.  This dress was made for Capriccio, a pricey boutique in La Jolla that sold upscale European designer wear, and the style is as feminine and alluring today as it was in the '70s.  Snap closures at the sleeve cuff, the bodice is lined to the waist in plum silk crepe de chine, the skirt is unlined.  Bust 38", waist 30", hip 38", shoulder 14.5", sleeve 23", length 43.5".  Excellent condition .$185
