1980s Balenciaga Shirt Dress

In lightweight polyester fabric, this classically designed shirt styled dress features a very lightly padded and pouffed shoulder, and eased across the collar bone.  The bodice buttons to an elasticized waist, beneath a placket, with a full skirt pleated into the waist seam.  White doughnuts on a black background form the pattern of the fabric, with a channel stitched collar accented in black, white and brown.  The double buttoned cuff is sewn from the same fabric.  A black patent belt cinches the waist.  From the Balenciaga Boutique, the condition is excellent. Bust measures 38", waist 22" stretching to 36", hip full, shoulder 16", sleeve 23", length 45".  $175
