1980s Bill Blass Ruffled Silk Organza Evening Coat

This evening coat exemplifies Blass' talent for using fabric to create art. Tiers of ruffled candy apple red silk organza, it's a study in extravagant simplicity.  Open styling with a single hook and eye closure at the neck, and an abbreviated sleeve make this coat the perfect foil for your little black dress. The bust measures to 40", with a sleeve length center back to cuff of 26", length is 39". One slight boomerang shaped fade mark approximately 1/4" long, otherwise it is in excellent condition.  $325
