Why is vintage cashmere the best addiction a gal can acquire? Are you kidding? You can indulge yourself to your heart's content, with nary a concern about your health, the law, getting caught, or what your mother will think. Better than chocolate, better than ice cream - maybe even better than a week at Rancho La Puerta - and a helluva lot less expensive. Wrap yourself in a deliciously supple coat of Mongolian cashmere the most beautiful shade of robin's egg blue. An open clutch style, it has a detachable band that buttons to a pair of buttons hidden beneath the collar, but we prefer it worn open at the neck without the band. Full and swingy, with vertical welted pockets at each hip, a tapered sleeve and raglan shoulder, its as perfect over jeans and a celadon cashmere t-shirt as it is worn over a peach silk cocktail dress. Fully lined in blue satin, and in excellent condition. Bust to 42", hip to 50", sleeve (center back to end of sleeve) 30", length 36". Go on, sin a little. $360
