With the possible exceptions of Africa and Southern California, in most other parts of the world, a trench coat is a wardrobe essential.  We like the way French women wear them - with the belt knotted in front or brought back through the side loops and buckled or tied at the back.  And leave it to Pauline Trigere, the Empress of coat designers, to take a classic trench and turn it into something amazing.  This Trigere coat, in a khaki tan poly/cotton gabardine, is simple in design, with an open closure-free front, a raglan sleeve with a lightly padded shoulder, huge pockets at the hip and a rain vent across the back shoulder.  Belt loops at either side of the waist to thread the belt through, and wear it like a true French woman - tied in front or in back. Except for minor color run on the interior lining, it is in otherwise excellent condition.  Bust 48", hip 50", shoulder 18", sleeve 22", length 48". Sized for a modern size 10 to 14. $185
