This double breasted wool coat is a good example of the enduring and timeless style of Bill Blass, demonstrating his affection for the country set. Wedge shaped with topstitched seaming shoulder to hem, it features a padded and extended shoulderline with a tapered dolman sleeve, inseam pockets at the hip, and an inverted pleat at the rear shoulder that falls to the hem. Fabric is a lightweight chocolatey brown wool tweed, so it is perfect for warmer climates or for layering over suits and sweaters, and the buttons are faux leather - a decidedly classic touch. Also looks great belted at the waist for a little more definition. Fully lined in taupe rayon/acetate with the Blass double B logo. Bust measures 48", waist 44", hip 46", shoulder approximately 20", sleeve 22", length 38". Excellent condition.
