1970s Red Velvet Cummerbund Belt

While a natural complement to a black tuxedo pant suit, we also think this red velvet cummerbund is festive paired with a black pencil skirt and a white silk organza blouse.  Backed in black faille, the belt is 4" wide at it's widest and is sized to fit a waist of 24" to 25 1/2".
