1970s Silver Mesh Belt

Fashion in the 1970s saw a revival of the styles from the 'Forties, and although this silver mesh belt has a definite disco vibe, it could easily pass for a belt from thirty years earlier. The silver mesh is slinky and sensual, and would look equally at home at the waist of a 40's rayon crepe gown as it would at the hip of a jersey Halston dress.  The ends of the belt are soldered to a silver toned clasp buckle, and it measures a static 27 3/4" with no stretch or give (it's metal, after all) by almost 2" wide.  Aside from a couple of bends in the mesh, it's in excellent condition.  $85
